Acknowledgement or Jurat?
The purpose of an acknowledgment is for a signer, whose identity has been verified, to declare to a Notary or notarial officer that he or she has willingly signed a document.
The purpose of a jurat is for a signer to swear to or affirm the truthfulness of the contents of a document to a Notary or notarial officer.
Loan Signing Agent
Saori Mochita is a Loan Signing Agent licensed, bonded, insured, trained and certified notaries in California by National Notary Association.
I have performed notary signings throughout Los Angeles County and Orange County.
Fee
Basic notary signature fee $15/per signature.
Based on the low of State of California.
Basic travel fee is $50-$75 depending on area and mileage from Irvine, CA 92612.
There's no travel fee for notarization at our office in Irvine, California.

1. 書類の準備について

公証対象の書類はお客様ご自身でご準備ください。

Notary Public（公証人）は書類の正確性を保証するものではありません。

日本での相続手続きに必要な書類の場合は、行政書士または司法書士に"JURAT"か"ACKNOWLEDGMENT"のどちらが適切かご確認ください。
※ Notary Publicが判断や法的な助言を行うことは、州法により禁止されています。 -
割り印は州法等により禁止されているため対応不可となります。カリフォルニア州法等に則り公証を行います。

2. JURAT & ACKNOWLEDGMENT の違い

Acknowledgment: The purpose of an acknowledgment is for a signer, whose identity has been verified, to declare to a Notary or notarial officer that he or she has willingly signed a document. 本人確認、自発的な署名であることを証明します。

Jurat: The purpose of a jurat is for a signer to swear to or affirm the truthfulness of the contents of a document to a Notary or notarial officer.本人確認の上、文書の内容が真実であると誓約したことを公証します。
3. 身分証明書（ID）と書類上の氏名の一致

IDに記載の氏名と書類上の氏名は一致していることが望ましいです。

例:

ID: Ichiro Sato Yamada

書類上の記載:山田一郎（漢字のみ）または ヤマダ サトウ イチロウ（カタカナのみ）
→ 「山田一郎 ヤマダ サトウ イチロウ Ichiro Sato Yamada」のように併記すると確認がスムーズです。

氏名の表記が著しく異なる場合、公証をお断りする可能性がございますので、ご注意ください。
